If Maya’s Place receives your returned merchandise within 7 days of the date you received your order, Maya’s Place will be happy to offer a full refund or store credit for the original purchase amount. All sale items are final sale. Returns will only be accepted for merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. All merchandise must be returned with the original receipt, the original packing slip, as well as the return & exchange form. Your return will be processed within 7–10 business days upon receipt of the items to our warehouse. The refund will be applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase, or, as mentioned above, a web credit will be issued. Please be aware that some banks will often take up to 2 billing periods before refunds will appear on your credit card statement. There is Absolutely no returns or exchanges on sale items. All shells must be returned in their original packaging unopened, unworn, and with original tags and labels attached. Any opened packages are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Please Note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
To fill out the return & exchange form:
1. Sign into your account
2. Click on "Completed Orders" in the left panel menu
3. Click on "Return Item(s)" text to immediate right of the "View Order Details" button
4. Complete the form, print and send along with your original packing slip and return or exchange item(s).
When returning an item in the mail, it is advisable to return your items in an insured, traceable method to guarantee a safe delivery. Maya’s Place does not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost in the mail. We do not accept COD deliveries.
